On behalf of the city of Stanford, Kentucky, I extend you a warm greeting.  Stanford is growing in many ways; we have a new hospital, new industrial park and a new recreational park along with new roads under construction north, south, and east of us. We also have a new library second to none located in the heart of Stanford.   Many new programs are currently being developed along with many other programs being improved. We are proud of our rich history which started with Logan’s Fort in 1775, but also very excited about our future which could provide many opportunities for all.  We feel things are just getting started in Stanford and in our community, mostly due to the people who are putting new ideas to work and embracing the change these ideas can bring.
